Reception Admissions - September 2024

We are delighted that you have been offered a place in our school for September 2024.  

  

Parents and carers who have been sent an offer for their child to start in Reception in September 2024 now need to confirm that they are accepting the place.  

 

Please click here to access the form to confirm or decline your place at our school. This form needs to be completed by Friday 26 April please. 

 

After confirming your place at our school please return the following documents to: admissions@sudleyprimary.com no later than Friday 10 May. 

  • Two different documents to confirm proof of address- e.g. utility bill, Council Tax statement, mortgage statement or tenancy agreement. These need to be dated within the last 3 months. 

  • A photograph or scanned copy of your child’s birth certificate. 

  • A completed Liverpool City Council admissions form. This can be downloaded below.

 Please include your child's full name and date of birth in any email correspondence to: admissions@sudleyprimary.com

 We request that all information is sent to us by Friday 10 May. 

 

 If your contact details should change please let us know so that you do not miss any important information. 

School registration forms

Before your child starts school we request that parents and carers complete the online registration and permission form via a link that you will be sent directly from Applicaa Admissions +. Please look out for this email as it will give you your unique log-in details to access the registration form. This will need to be completed by Friday 31 May.

Stay & Play Sessions

Parents / Carers have all been sent an email with an invite to their child's stay & play transition session. This will be an opportunity to meet members of the school team as well as spend some time in the classroom and outdoor learning area. We will also give out additional information and forms to be completed by Friday 5 July.

Reception Start Date 2024

The first day of school for our new Reception children is planned for Friday 6 September 9.15am - 3pm.
