SEND concerns and procedures
If you have any significant concerns, please email contact@sudleyprimary.com and ask to speak to Mrs O’Rourke (Inclusion Manager and Assistant Head) or Miss Muchmore (SENCo). A member of the admin team will arrange a telephone call.
If the class teacher has concerns, they will complete a Concerns Form and arrange to meet with a member of the Inclusion Team. If concerns continue a meeting will be arranged and your child may be added to the school SEND register. The Inclusion Team may discuss support strategies, signpost to outside agencies and possible interventions to be put in place.
