We are delighted that your child has been offered a place at our school for September 2026.

Parents and carers who have received an offer for a Reception place will have been emailed with a request to confirm whether they wish to accept the place. Please ensure this form is completed by Friday 24 April.

Once you have confirmed your place, please send the following documents to admissions@sudleyprimary.com no later than Friday 8 May:

• Two forms of proof of address (e.g. utility bill, Council Tax statement, mortgage statement, or tenancy agreement), dated within the last three months
• A photograph or scanned copy of your child’s birth certificate.

School Registration Forms

Before your child starts school we request that parents and carers complete the online registration and permission form via a link that you will be sent directly from Applicaa Admissions +. Please look out for this email as it will give you your unique log-in details to access the registration form. This will need to be completed by Friday 29 May.
